About Nature Park Commons

Nature Park Commons was established out of the growing need for new, clean, safe and well-maintained Assisted Living Residences in Westmoreland County. The building and grounds are aesthetically pleasing and is situated near a nature park. Spacious suites and studios are available to accommodate a variety of financial needs.

Nature Park Commons provides 24 hour round the clock professional care. We also have an RN on call 24 hours a day as well as LPN Charge Nurses on each shift who meet the medication and nursing needs of each resident. Three nutritious, home-style meals (cooked from scratch) and a snack are served daily by our registered dietician and kitchen staff.

Each day, residents at Nature Park Commons enjoy in-house and community based activities. Residents can also take advantage of our fitness center, outdoor heated swimming pool, activity areas and lounges. In addition, to our in-house transportation, residents who are physically able can enjoy walks and easily accessible public transportation to local stores, restaurants and community activities.
