All prospective residents being considered for initial admission must meet
the following guidelines:
- Willingness to release information on past living arrangements, criminal and legal history, therapy regimes and family contact information.
- Ability to have medical, physical, and social needs met by an average staff ratio of 1:16.
- Does not have a repeated history of wandering or behavior that is disruptive or dangerous in a busy community setting or a large assisted living/personal care living arrangement.
- Willingness and ability to complete basic self care with minimal assistance; particularly for ADL's, hygiene, medication compliance, and dietary needs, as well as social/recreational opportunities.
- Consistent compliance to any/all medical treatment recommendations.
- Ability to maintain day to day stability in an active supportive living arrangement with other individuals having a variety of personality, physical, emotional and social needs.
- Able to respond to fire evacuation and safety plans with limited assistance in a large living arrangement.
- Ability to demonstrate full adherence with all limitations on designated smoking areas.
