Resident Care Assistant
- Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
*Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activites and meals according to the individual service plan.
*Serve meals to residents in dining room or apartment.
*Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
*Other duties and responsibilities are assigned.
*Will offer stand-by assistance to residents, including medication reminders, shower assistance and errand services.
- Qualifications:
*Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivilant.
*Willingness to be trained.
*Preferred experience working in nursing assistance.
*Prefer CNA, or have familiar experience in working with the elderly.
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*Criminal history clearance Act 34 will be manadatory
