Nature Park Commons is a new assisted living / personal care home. The property is situated on 4 private wooded acres located in Greensburg, PA. near a nature park with walking trails and seasonal beauty. It is also, however, conveniently located near malls, restaurants, shopping and activities.

Nature Park Commons is inspected and licensed by the Department of Public Welfare under the requirements mandated in PA Code 55, Chapter 2600. The residence is staffed 24 hours per day 7 days per week 365 days per year.

Nature Park Commons is committed to operating a personal care/assisted living environment that will motivate its residents. Community participation will be a highlight and primary goal for all residents. It is our intent to provide necessary support while allowing for personal independence.
